    Since 1904, almost 500 Kaplan turbines have been made in ČKD Blansko.

    We supply Kaplan turbines in horizontal or vertical design, spiral case or open-flume, bulb, pit, S-type with fixed or adjustable runner blades and guide vanes.

  • Deriaz Turbine

    The first Diagonal Turbine was developed and manufactured in ČKD Blansko 50 years ago. Diagonal turbines are reverse machines, which operate in both turbine and pump mode. As compared with the Francis turbines, the Diagonal turbines have variable runner blades. Due to this, they provide a broader operating range.
